Haridwar :

Haridwar is located in the foot hills of Shivalik ranges at the bank of holy river Ganga. Bhagirath was blessed and the holy river descended on the earth and its water revived the son of King Sagara. Rishikesh :

Rishikesh is located in Dehradun district. This famous pilgrimage spot is known as "place of sages". It is surrounded by Shivalik ranges on three sides and is the starting point of the Char Dham Pilgrimage. It also attracts a large number of peoples interested in mediations.
